GCP, since it is only 3 month trial, it is only recommended for testing and have a taste of how server work. AWS, the cross country speed is quite slow, but still useful for family usage. OVH, low price plan is limited with 100Mbps, signal person is ok, and should be the most stable amount all servers. Vultr, please search for free credit link to create account. If nothing like "with $50 free credit!" shown, means the link expired, please search for new valid link. UpCloud, it is fast, especially harddisk. But it is required to pay additional charges if you don't want to setup your own firewall. I will set a guide for setting up firewall (OPNsense) below.
